Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets both of the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in original condition
  

• You received the incorrect item from the one you purchased

IMPORTANT:

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To process a claim, customers must provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue.

please do not submit any chargebacks or open a claim on your order with your Bank/Credit Card Company. It lengthens the time and effort it takes to get a refund and hurts our business entirely. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  

• All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee

Order Cancellations:

Chargebacks:
